Returns

Of course I hope you are super happy with your order. Should you wish to return your order, you may do so if you notify me within 14 days after receipt by sending an e-mail to annemiekevermeer@hotmail.com. I will then contact you a.s.a.p. via e-mail. The return must be in original packaging and be returned undamaged. The shipping costs (and risk) of the return shipment are for the buyer. Returns are not possible for the following products:

 

- custom made products (according to specifications of you as a customer);

- products that are clearly personal in nature;

- products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
